Seared Salmon attempt No. 2. Turned out pretty good, but I could have gotten a little more heat out of the frying pan so I can try a little hotter next time. The picture isn't so great because I broke my tripod, so I only got one decent picture freehanding. Shooting a camera freehand is like shooting a handgun free hand; very difficult!
