New UV Filter

I bought an adaptor and now have a UV filter for my new camera. Took the hint on the filter, from a friend of a friend. I'll definately be trying to learn more about this stuff... has a big effect on your pictures. Anyway, here's some pics I took with my new setup.

I like how those pics look. Adds a sort of sharpness to the picture.

Then again, it could just be some suggestive thinking.

I think some of that lost detail is a result of my post processing, being different than what I performed on the other pictures.
